Unable to see parts catalogues beyond initial list of manufacturers

Having installed Gas PartsArena CD correctly, no data is displayed beyond the initial list of manufacturers.

There are 2 known causes for this problem.

Check to see which operating system and version of Internet Explorer are in use.

1. If using MS 2000, ensure that Service Pack 4 has been installed and use Internet Explorer V5.5 or higher.

2. Message x:\GASGas PartsArena\System\DATA\DS101\00\0F.htm appears when trying to open catalogue pages. This error is probably caused by Internet Explorer V7 beta if it is installed on your PC. Later versions of products support Internet Explorer 7 but for earlier versions (pre V1.04) you may solve this problem by uninstalling Internet Explorer V7 and using an earlier version instead (not earlier than V5.5).
