Select NO or all data on the SD card will be lost. Some older PDA devices require SD cards to have been formatted on their own device and will ask whether to re-format any other cards.

Options include:

• Backup all the data on the card, re-format it in the device and copy the data back on to it.

• Contact the Help Desk to see if a specially written card can be supplied.
